  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese low-moisture recommended
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pizza Cutter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface and slice it into 2-inch squares.
  3. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square.
  4. Add a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  5. Gather the corners of each dough square towards the center and pinch tightly to seal the filling inside.
  6. Gently roll each sealed dough ball in your hands to ensure a tight, uniform shape.
  7. Arrange the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy. Serve warm alongside marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftover pizza bombs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
