- Prepare the ingredients: slice or shred the cooked chicken, slice the avocado, dice the tomatoes, and shred the lettuce.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Lay tortillas flat. Layer lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation. Add lemon juice to avocado to prevent browning.
