Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or your favorite dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients: slice or shred the cooked chicken, slice the avocado, dice the tomatoes, and shred the lettuce.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Layer lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation. Add lemon juice to avocado to prevent browning.
