Method
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Divide beef into 4 portions. Press each portion into a thin, even layer onto one half of each tortilla. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place tortilla in skillet, beef side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until beef is browned and cooked through.
- Flip tortilla, sprinkle cheese over beef, fold in half, and grill both sides until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve with toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven for best texture.
