Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Green onions chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot for Noodles

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While noodles cook, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and sauté until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and honey. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it bubble until it thickens slightly into a sticky glaze.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing well to ensure they are evenly coated in the garlic sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
