- Cook the noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While noodles cook, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and sauté until cooked through and golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and honey. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it bubble until it thickens slightly into a sticky glaze.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing well to ensure they are evenly coated in the garlic sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
